Use of the Materials (on left side of page):

Use of the materials on the left side is based on a collaborative model; those jurisdictions who are actively implementing Solution-Based Casework with fidelity agree to share their knowledge and materials with others in the Collaboration. As part of the Collaboration, each partner agrees to designating a limited number of people to have assigned access to the tools site, and that person agrees to accept responsibility for their appropriate and responsible use within their agency.  All collaborators agree not to use the materials for commercial purposes, or to provide unauthorized training in SBC to others beyond their home agency, accept when conducting efforts as part of their agency’s implementation (eg. training for their community partners).
